RETURN POLICY

At InStyleMoms.com our return policy is simple. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply follow the return policy instructions and we will make sure to process your return transaction as quick and as easy as your original purchase. ISM strives to provide our customers with the highest quality products as well as the highest quality customer service.

If you are not completely satisfied you may return your items within 14 days for a complete refund to the same payment method it was purchased with, less the shipping cost. All items must be returned with all tags attached and original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice of returned item(s) with package. **There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned MetroWrap, Belle and Ring Sling baby carrier as well as Offhand Designs Diaper Bags. Store credit or Exchange will be honored for full purchase price.

We recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services from UPS so there is no dispute about the product's delivery to us. We can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach our facility!

Personalized or special order items are not exchangeable. Items on sale, clearance or identified as final sale are not returnable. Personal hygiene products, cosmetics, lotions, soaps, bubble baths, and custom items are non-returnable. Of course, due to special circumstance we always work things out regarding exceptions.

Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. Although we will handle your transaction quickly, credits may not appear on your statement for up to 30 days. Please contact us at orders [at] instylemoms dot com before returning any item. (Some products may be shipped back directly to the vendor and you will be informed where to ship the item.)

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are treated the same as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color, order the correct item from the website. Return your unwanted, new item by following the instructions above. You will received credit for the returned item, less shipping, once it is received by ISM. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most of the products are drop shipped to you directly from the vendor. You will be notified via email of the delivery method of which your order will arrive, when it ships and tracking number (if provided).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need your order shipped out via overnight or express, please contact orders [at] instylemoms dot com for arrangements and prices. Not all products will be available for expedited shipping but we will do our best to accomodate you!

You will be billed via paypal for the additional shipping charges. It is easy to pay with your credit card on paypal even if you don't have a paypal account!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We only ship in the United States at this time.

TAX INFORMATION

Orders from within Missouri will be charged 6.1% sales tax.
