can't happen with Mommy's Kisses because the lip liner is HIDDEN IN THE
HANDLE OF THE LIPGLOSS! Simply pull apart the top section of the
handle and Voila! there's your lip liner. This unique packaging contains a
non-sticky, weightless lipgloss that wears endlessly and a coordinating
automatic lip liner (no sharpening required) that swivels up and down.
For
best results feather on lip liner, then apply gloss and blend together.
